Ansgar works in the Service Marketing Organization. Since joining Siemens in 1998 he has worked in different positions including Supply Chain Management and LTP Project Execution and Marketing in Erlangen, Madrid and Berlin. He studied at the Technical University of Berlin and the Solvay Business School in Brussels and has a Diploma in Industrial Engineering and a Management Master.

Bjoern Richter is the head of Training and Operations Support for the Region Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. He is responsible for the implementation of Combined Cycle Power Plant T3000 Operation Simulator Trainings and Operator Certification. In addition, his team develops the 24/7 self-study simulator training product RentASim and power plant specific E-Learnings for the Saba platform. Bjoern´s background encompasses nearly 15 years in global power plant services in the areas of GT Commissioning, Fact Finding, Power Train Outage Management and Customer Training.

Thomas works as Product Manager for Remote Field Service offerings in the Generation Services division of Siemens Energy. He has been working for Siemens for 19 years. He has a background in international sales across all regions, in process optimization in Field Service, and he has been involved with Remote Field Service since the very beginning 6 years ago as the project lead. Thomas graduated from the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg in 1996 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and he holds a Master of Business and Engineering degree.

Started at Siemens Energy in 2000 as a field service engineer and spent 16 years in the North America FS organization in various roles (project manager, program manager). Led IT-intensive efforts in field service that expanded into all service operations globally. Now is the product owner of the Customer Energy Portal (CEP), the main web gateway for Siemens Energy Customer Service.

Monika joined Siemens in 2010 being responsible for business development for Smart Grid Solutions. A further transition brought her to Siemens Mobility in Hungary where she supported the ETCS (train control) project team. She moved to Generation Service in 2018 as part of the business development team for Power Diagnostics Services and is now supporting the regions as well as the sales and marketing organization from a technical perspective regarding commercialization efforts. Monika graduated from TU Berlin with a degree in Industrial Engineering (Diploma).

David has been working with Siemens Energy for 29 years. He holds a degree in aerospace engineering and an MBA. Through his career he served various roles in testing, engineering, innovation management, product management and marketing. He currently takes care for the plant and flexibility solutions in Service Product Marketing.
