Badre Jabboury has been working in the IT/OT sector for 16 years as a graduate engineer in technical informatics. He started my career with project planning and commissioning of new control systems and modernizations in the water/wastewater sector. Since 2009 he has been working for the waste-incineration company EGK Entsorgungsgesellschaft Krefeld. He is responsible for the maintenance and modernization of the IT/OT infrastructure of the waste incineration and sewage treatment plant.

Tim Krumins has been working in the energy business for more than 15 years now and thereby gained various experiences in different positions: After his bachelor studies in automation, he worked as a project and commissioning engineer and afterwards as a project manager for power plant modernizations in Germany. In 2015 Tim did his masters degree (MBA) and joined the Sales department one year later. In his current position as Head of Sales for the I&C and Electrical business in Western Germany his team and Tim contribute and help our customers to solve their decarbonization challenges by supplying them with reliable solutions.

Sajesh Nambiar is an I&C Engineer with strong process knowledge with an experience of over 12 years in Siemens Energy. He has hands on experience in Balance of Plant, boiler controls, turbine auxiliaries, Unit Master Controls and Process modelling for simulators. Since 2021 he works as a global advisory key expert for the Omnivise T3000 simulator solutions.

Maja Fiedler is an I&C Engineer with an experience of over 20 years in Siemens Energy. Her practical automation and controls experience spans from Balance of Plant and boiler controls, to Unit Master Controls in modernization projects as well as in new build projects. Since 2010 she has put her emphasis on simulation as a Project Manager and functional lead of the simulation execution team.
