The Compressor Mass Flow Increase includes the 3D airfoil profile modification of the first four rows of compressor blades and vanes including the inlet guide vane and instrumentation and control adaptations. This upgrade has been designed to increase mass flow for higher power output and exhaust energy from your gas turbine.

Scope of Supply
The Compressor Mass Flow Increase upgrade from Siemens is just one of the many innovative modernization packages available.
The scope of this upgrade includes for SGT5-4000F:
- Replacement of the first five stages of compressor blades and vanes
- New inlet guide vane position sensor
- Instrumentation and control modification
- Optional: Modified blades of the fourth turbine row for optimization of higher mass flow
- Optional: Replacement of middle hollow shaft by torque disk and additional rotor disk stages 1-4
The scope of this upgrade includes for SGT6-4000F:
- State-of-the-art CDA-profiles (Controlled Diffusion Airfoils)
- Replacement of
- inlet guide vane
- compressor blades and vanes stages 1-2 - New inlet guide vane position sensor
- Instrumentation and control modification.
