Partner of energy transition in Iraq

As a global partner with more than 80 years of local presence in the country, we are committed to enabling Iraq to meet the growing demand for energy, while transitioning to a more sustainable and cleaner future.

Our innovative technologies, extensive energy experience and an ambitious strategy to decarbonize global energy systems are all central to our Roadmap for Iraq.

Together, Iraq and Siemens Energy built electrical infrastructure in the 1930s, bridges over the Tigris River in the 1950s, and power plants in the 1970s and 1980s. Today, Siemens Energy’s technology distributes 50 percent of the electricity consumed in the country.

We at Siemens Energy are proud of what we've been able to accomplish in Iraq for Iraq.
