The Siemens Energy SeaFloat power plants use the company’s proven and reliable equipment optimized for application on floating devices. The efficient power plants are hydrogen ready and can be equipped with batteries for grid stabilization. SeaFloat can be constructed in a safe & reliable environment of a shipyard and connected to any desired location in Latin America. It is designed in
a plug & play concept for permanent operation but with the option for global relocation. Existing aged land based on floating assets
in the region can be easily replaced to reduce significantly carbon emissions, while the existing plant can continue operation during offsite SeaFloat construction. This technology combines state-of-the-art combined cycle power plant technology with the mobility
and flexibility required by the current and future energy market in Latin America.
