The Siemens Energy SeaFloat power plants use the company’s proven and reliable equipment that is been optimized for application on floating devices. The efficient power plants are hydrogen ready and can be equipped with batteries for grid stabilization. SeaFloat can be constructed in Asia and connected to any desired Asian location with a plug & play concept for permanent operation but with the option for global relocation. Existing aged assets in Asia can be easily replaced to reduce significantly carbon emissions, while the existing plant can continue operation during offsite SeaFloat construction. This technology combines state-of-the-art combined cycle power plant technology with the mobility and flexibility required by the current and future energy market in Asia Pacific.
