Engineering Career Acceleration Program

We are looking for people with a bachelor’s degree in one of the following subjects:

Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering or Construction Management
You’ll have a strong interest in developing your skill in project management, engineering, business development, and field service disciplines
You are a self-starting leader, who enjoys using all available resources and leading others to build innovative solutions to challenging issues
Open to domestic travel throughout the program and relocation upon completion of the program

Use fundamental engineering concepts, practices, and procedures to complete assigned tasks while learning about the business, and potentially lead to a permanent role within the Transmission Division
