Siemens Energy has partnered with ProFlex’s technology to help customers pinpoint small leaks fast and avoid environmental and regulatory issues. During this presentation you will experience a demonstration and walk through our ground breaking technological advancements as our Leak Detection service can pinpoint spontaneous leaks in pipelines, gathering systems, all the way to offshore risers. The system leverages pressure monitoring and complex data processing so that we are able to rapidly detect and localize pipeline leaks within +/- 20 feet of their location.

Having qualifications in electronic engineering and a degree in information technology, he has a strong background in automation and control with more than 17 years’ experience in the Petrochemical industry.

Matthew is an US Navy Veteran. He has 25 years of automation and controls experience. The last 17 years his focus has been around upstream production and optimization. 

He spent his first 14 years working in fields across the US. His focus the past 3 years has been to help other operators better optimize and monitor their assets, based off his learnings. 

Throughout the years Matthew was always working on merging technical and operational excellence. In the last year the Siemens digitalization portfolio has his growing attention and fascination.

A highly experienced executive, with over 20 years of experience of working in the subsea sector of the Oil and Gas industry. Mr. Mitchell has also spent the last 17 years of his career working within the area of oil and gas technologies and has grown a strong reputation for technical excellence amongst his peers on a global basis.

Mr. Mitchell has also spent the last 12 years working at an executive level, developing the business of his previous employer, Flexlife, from start-up to a highly successful global business in the area of unbonded flexible pipes as well as leading ProFlex Technologies through its first 3 years, developing groundbreaking pipeline leak detection technology and forming a global exclusive partnership with Siemens Energy.
