The conference area as well as evening reception & dinner event is accessible only for Delegates. However, your spouse/partner can travel with you to Thailand at your own expense. Please note that Siemens Energy will not bear any additional costs occurred during this time and you are kindly requested to notify us so we can arrange double room occupancy at the hotel. The receptionist will ask for your credit card details for any additional charges in relation to this.

Yes, you can extend your stay at the hotel. Please send an email to stay@salaayutthaya.com with your desired check-in and check-out date and the room category of your choice. Please mention that you’re attending the Siemens Energy event so the hotel can deduct the two-night room rate from your total bill at check-out.

We will cancel your registration if you could please send us an email to dissayaa@siemens-energy.com. Please feel free to nominate another representative from your organization who can attend on behalf of you. 

We are happy to arrange the letter of invitation for you to apply your business visa to enter Thailand. Please send us a clear, color scan of your passport page to Issanun.vongganvit@siemens-energy.com

We are happy to arrange airport transportation for you. This will be either a Siemens Energy arranged transportation or a hotel representative who will be waiting for you at the gate with name signage. Alternatively, you can arrange yourself using an airport taxi.
