To support you in your daily work with the One Supplier Portal (OSP), we have created the Training and Support Hub. The Hub combines all relevant learning materials and support options in one central place, so you can quickly find help without interrupting your daily workflow.
You can access the Training and Support Hub at any time via the Help & Support Application or by clicking on the support icon in the upper right corner within the One Supplier Portal.
Learning & Training
The Training and Support Hub provides structured access to step-by-step manuals and short, practical training videos, helping you quickly find the information you need while working in OSP, exactly when you need it. All materials focus on clearly explaining processes and helping you complete your tasks efficiently and correctly.
Get Support
In addition to training content, the Training and Support Hub also offers direct access to support services. Using the integrated “Create support ticket” button, you can easily submit support requests directly from OSP.
Furthermore, a dedicated FAQ section complements this by providing quick answers to common questions, allowing many issues to be resolved immediately without additional support effort.
