OSP - One Supplier Portal

The One Supplier Portal (OSP) is your digital entry point for collaborating with Siemens Energy. It streamlines procurement, logistics, and quality processes – making transactions faster, communication clearer, and workflows more efficient. With OSP you can manage your key supply chain activities, from purchase planning, managing orders and deliveries, tracking project milestones, to ensuring quality and compliance. 

OSP is more than just another tool – it’s our long-term strategy for supplier collaboration. While it’s currently in its early stages, new features are added continuously, and over time, OSP will become the single platform for all supplier-related activities and communication. The goal is to replace fragmented systems with one streamlined solution that supports every step of the supply chain. Be part of this transformation and join us on the path toward smarter, more connected partnerships.

If you are logging to OSP for the first time, your account needs to be activated.​

• Click on the OSP link: ​First login to the One Supplier Portal ​

• Enter your email address​

• Click “Next”​

• You will receive a one-time password in your mailbox (please check your spam folder)​

• Enter one-time password ​

• You should now be able to log in into OSP

Please note that due to security reasons if you do NOT log in into OSP at least once in 90-day period your OSP account will be deactivated.​ Therefore, please make sure to log in frequently.​
