Introduced to the market in the 1950s, the Siemens Energy SGT-500 (formerly known as GT35) is an industrial gas turbine, with applications in power generation/cogeneration, and the mechanical drive of compressors and pumps. It is a reliable turbine which can operate on a wide range of gaseous and liquid fuels. SGT-500 fleet consists of several variants with an output of 11 to over 19MW. Later Version can be equipped with a Dry Low Emissions (DLE) combustion system, providing extremely low NOx levels for gas fuels.
