She supports strategic procurement, identifies contractual opportunities, and drives cost optimization while maintaining compliance and transparency.
Each day brings new challenges and opportunities. She collaborates across teams during monthly closings to consolidate reports and ensure timely entries. One example is her work on the to AXIA Energia project, a large-scale initiative where collaboration was key. At kickoff, she helped coordinate a cross-functional team to secure strategic cable procurement, resulting in significant cost savings and better logistics. Later, during the fiscal year-end, she led efforts to consolidate measurement reports and ensure timely order entry through close coordination with internal teams and the client. Her team also identified a contractual gap that enabled additional billing, an uncommon achievement in public contracts. By proposing substation-based closures, they enhanced cash flow and reduced financial risk. These moments show how Danislei turns challenges into results through teamwork and strategic foresight.
Open communication and shared commitment drive results and foster a culture where everyone’s voice matters. Navigating changes, new demands, and unexpected events encourages Danislei to seek solutions, refine processes and anticipate outcomes. Minor adjustments can significantly impact her and thinking strategically to control costs and improve workflows keeps her engaged. Even during emotionally challenging times like the restructuring of Siemens Wind Power and the merger with Gamesa, she found strength through coaching and personal growth. “This phase was transformative. I learned new concepts and broadened my perspective,” she recalls.
“Working at a company that values ethics, compliance, and positive societal impact inspires me and makes me proud,” Danislei says. These values are reflected in her daily work—whether through transparent reporting, inclusive teamwork, or sustainable project planning.
