Existing contracts and agreements will remain in effect, including the financial ratings and guarantees that support them. Customers do not need to take immediate action. Should any action be required in the future, we will provide clear guidance and advance notice. Customer portals, saved links, and documentation will continue to work throughout the transition.

Following the launch of Omterra, nothing changes for Siemens Energy shareholders for the time being. Siemens Energy AG will remain listed at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and the ISIN, WKN and ticker symbol will remain unchanged. Investor Relations contacts also stay the same. At a later stage, the company name and ticker symbol will be updated, with shareholders being informed well in advance.

Recruiting, open positions, and current application processes continue unchanged under the transition to Omterra.
