Our SGT-100 gas turbine is available with a Dry Low Emissions (DLE) combustion system, a modern approach that avoids injected diluents and addresses the production of low NOₓ with a proven design. You will benefit from extremely low NOₓ emission levels with both gas and liquid fuels, as this gas turbine offers dual-fuel capability.
With its rugged industrial design and lightweight core engine, the SGT-100 is easy to maintain. You will benefit from minimal downtime and maximum availability thanks to long service intervals combined with rapid core engine exchange capability. An on-site maintenance option is available if you wish. Our industrial gas turbines are characterized by a long service life.
The SGT-100 features a 10-stage axial flow transonic compressor incorporating the latest aerodynamic technologies. The robust design gives optimized performance over a wide range of operating conditions. For power generation, the single-shaft design has a 2-stage turbine. For mechanical drive, the twin-shaft design has a single compressor turbine stage with a 2-stage free power turbine. The overall design of the gas turbine is uniquely simple.
The health and safety of the operation and maintenance staff are paramount. This is why our SGT-100 packages are designed with a special emphasis on, e.g., walkways and handrails, noise suppression, access doorways, and safety interlocks.
The SGT-100 packages are compact and easy to transport, install and maintain.
The package includes the gas turbine, the gearbox, the driven unit and all fluid modules, mounted on a base frame. The factory-tested and certified fluid system modules come fully wired into the package's control systems.

The SGT-100 package is designed for easy maintenance: Large side doors offer easy equipment access and facilitate changing the core engine. When your gas turbine is serviced, you can opt for exchanging the core engine for a replacement or on-site maintenance. The package includes on-site maintenance lifting beams.
The first stage rotor blades can be axially removed for quick and easy in-situ changeout, maximizing availability.

The SGT-100 offers a dual-fuel capability for all applications and can be operated with a range of gaseous and liquid fuels. It is designed to meet your individual operating criteria including reliable starting and changeover between fuels. The automatic changeover from the primary to the secondary fuel can be executed at any load.
The engine has a hydrogen (H2) capability of up to 30 vol% (with DLE burners), or up to 65% (with diffusion burners with unabated NOx emissions).
