The Field Engineer in Training (EIT) program is a one-year training program and your opportunity to get hands-on experience through comprehensive coursework and training at our facilities and upon successful completion, become a Field Service Engineer.
We've successfully developed more than 800 engineers over our 30-year history. As a Field Engineer In Training, you will work directly with our engineers and educators to develop skills that include equipment design and maintenance, job site safety, leadership and project management.
The program is open to proactive and driven individuals with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) OR 8+ years of applicable experience. Participants graduate within 12 months of program start date.
